The Apartment Brew Co. was born out of a relentless obsession with specialty pour-over coffee and a frustration with supermarket cold brews that sit on shelves for weeks with preservatives, losing all delicate floral and fruity aromatics.

We operate as an asset-light, pre-order only specialty coffee brewery based in Gurugram, India. Instead of mass-producing coffee in large industrial vats, we source expertly roasted single-estate micro-lots and hand-extract in small, dedicated batches purely to order.

Brewed Separately to Order: Every single coffee is brewed separately by hand in small batches just for your order. Because each batch is crafted manually rather than by automated machinery, subtle, natural flavor nuances exist across bottles—a deliberate hallmark of specialty pour-over extraction.

Flash-Chilled Over Ice: We brew coffee hot at precise 92–94°C extraction temperatures to unlock volatile aromatic compounds, and then instantly flash-chill the brew over clean ice. This locks in vibrant stone fruit, jasmine, and berry notes before oxidation can occur.
